Lorraine Cormier - Partner
Lorraine is a graphic designer who is passionate about creating innovative imagery for J.L.C. Group clients. She firmly believes that J.L.C. Group´s corporate pledge benefits all clients and this conviction motivates all her sales and design efforts.

Her extensive experience in the conception and design of brochures, newsletters, innovative logos, and in corporate image enhancement, allow J.L.C. Group to provide their clients with memorable marketing and collateral materials. Lorraine´s marketing experience in the financial sector is a tremendous benefit to organizations seeking materials that are second to none.

A decade as a Marketing Manager for Green Line Investor Services and TD Trust gave her a keen understanding of large agencies: how they handle projects; how they service; how they price. Disillusionment with this environment was a strong stimulus in the formation of J.L.C. Group.

Lorraine´s passions for creativity and personalized client service are everywhere evident and have led to numerous strong and lengthy business relationships.

John Cormier - Partner
John has 15 years of design experience in the art/advertising departments of corporations in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. A freelance designer throughout university, John took a different path upon graduation. After receiving a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, he became Pricing Director for an international inspection company of 32,000 people in over 185 countries worldwide. After two years in this role, John realized that his true calling was to pursue his passion for creativity so he returned to design.

In 1995, he leveraged his extensive design experience and with Lorraine, launched J.L.C. Group. This new venture proved to be the perfect mix for John. It allows him to combine his flare for creative design with his strong administrative skills. His focus is on the creation of original artwork, logos, newsletters, corporate annual reports, brochures and corporate image building.

Joanne Preece - Copy writer
has over 25 years experience in strategic planning, creative development, copy writing and project management. She has a B.A (English/Creative Writing), an M.A and the professional designation of C.A.A.P. – Certified Advertising Agency Practitioner. With strong analytical and interpersonal skills, she is adept at defining a client’s needs, developing a plan which addresses them and coordinating both internal and external resources to bring the plan to fruition. Joanne is a meticulous and creative copy writer.

Francis Fernandes - Design strategist
experience in online marketing, including information architecture and interface design, Francis has worked on over two hundred projects for companies like Ford, Bell Globe Media, Sympatico.ca, Zurich North America,
Canada Life, Sobeys and Visa. He has worked with J.L.C. Group on numerous projects over the past five years. As the lead design strategist, Francis specializes in designing simple, easy to use Web site and application interfaces that are accessible to the greatest number of visitor segments. Francis' focus is on building fast loading sites that comply with the W3.org's standards for Web design and which are optimized for the major search engines. Francis has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Ryerson University, with a Major in Business Information Systems and a Minor in International Business.
